Cosme by Chef Enrique Olvera, in Manhattan’s Flatiron District, offers Mexican-inspired cuisine that is specially adapted to take advantage of local and seasonal ingredients harvested from the nearby Hudson River Valley.

Olvera’s proposal features a menu of dishes whose base ingredients are corn, beans and chiles, complemented by local vegetables, herbs, meats, fish and other seafoods that will change with the seasons.

The restaurant’s three environments—the main dining room, the bar, and a private space that seats up to fourteen—have been designed to accentuate enjoyment of richly pleasing cuisine in a shared yet relaxed ambience.
